Vilonia Community Fishing Derby and 5K
What is VCDC Derby Day?
The Vilonia Community Development Corporation presented the Vilonia Community Fishing Derby and 5K on May 18th, 2024. The event was one of a kind this year, as there was a formal ribbon cutting for the official opening of the Weaver Family Park Community Fishing Pond. We provided hotdogs, chips, and water and door prizes were given out throughout the day.
Derby Day Schedule:
- 5K Registration - 6:15am-6:45am
- 5K Race - 7:00am-8:00am
- Ribbon Cutting - 8:00am-8:30am
- Fishing Derby - 8:30am-11:30am
